“Hoja Blanca” originated as a pop-up restaurant to showcase Omar Limon’s talents. With a strong rooted culture coming from Puebla, Mexico, Omar gravitates towards modern Mexican cuisine. Hoja Blanca, meaning white paper (white canvas), is not bound by any set rules or cuisine.
